We were looking for a chest type freezer, because our old upright leaked around the seals since the beginning, and I was concerned about another problematic freezer. However, we ran across this one with much higher capacity than a chest. About a month into this, and it's running great. I'm glad we made the purchase.

My old freezer died and I lost all my food. This was the only freezer available in our area. We literally bought it still in the box The local appliance store just for it in. We are very impressed with the design, inside and out.

We have owned a couple of Upright Freezers and none of them can compare to this one! Within 2 hours of plugging in, It was at 0 degrees! You cant beat this freezer!!!

Purchased 10/22/2021 and has already died with a full load of meat and vegetables. Unable to get a technician to repair it was nearly impossible. There is supposed to be someone here on Thursday. Now it is too late; we have lost all our food. Seems like a freezer should last longer than 5 months.

After 1 year and 7 days the freezer started making noise. No factory service in our area and only found one repair guy that would come out to our place. I had thousands of dollars in meat starting to thaw. Turned out ice gad built up and stopped the fan. The guy defrosted it and got it working. Five months later and it™™s doing the same thing and can™™t get anyone out in time to save $$$$ ok f food

Purchased this freezer 1 year ago and 10 days. Great freezer right until today when the warranty is out by 10 days and lost a whole freezer full of meat. Called customer service and found out i was out of luck since the warranty was out by 10 days and there's nothing they will do about it. DON'T BUY THIS ONLY LASTS ONE YEAR

We sent back our Guaranteed Foods freezer that they wanted us to pay the $2600 for (even after paying for 6 months on it), and we replaced it with this freezer and honestly, I can't tell a difference!! Same size, but actually this one has better storage shelves on the door. Highly recommend!!!

Have a upright freezer that is 6 months old and it quit working, called customer service and was told it would be 4-6 weeks to get serviced. this is after the first service Co. did not show. Was told by a Frigidaire rep to ask for a new freezer, but all I got was a no. And I will have wait for service . Wish I would have bought a freezer that worked, won't ever buy from Frigidaire again.

Love my new freezer! Love that it has a light and can be converted to a frig. Have been using my mom and dads 1967 upright (no light)and it finally quit working so had to buy a new one. Sure hope this one lasts as long as my old one!

I purchased this in 11/20 it worked for roughly 9-10 months. They sent me to a repair service who has given me the run around for 5 months. Only to tell me they don™™t service my area anymore (unique repair services). Now I™™m back to square one with a broken freezer, and a new repair company. 9-10 months working freezer, 5 months with a broken freezer. Pretty frustrating after loosing food and buying a ™name brand™ freezer.

The settings are hard to understand. Would be better to have separate lights for fridge and freezer. Worry about setting it in fridge mode when there is a lot of meat on its way. It's big and pretty and empty. But I'm getting pushed into giving a review.

It took quite a while to get it but I am very pleased with the product. Very spacious and holds a ton of food. Fits perfectly in the spot where my old freezer was located (which was much smaller). As of now, I would recommend this product.
